Welcome Pack - a small selection of local produce will be provided such as bread, butter and cheese depending on the season. Tea, coffee and sugar are also provided.

Bed linen and towels - these are all provided and will be changed weekly.  Please advise us of how you wish the beds to be made up in relation to your party before arrival and we will accommodate to the best of our ability.

Cots and highchairs - these can be provided upon request.

Fuel and Electricity - this is fully included as is the availability of wood and coal for the wood burning stove.

Cleaning - the cottage will be available from 3 pm on the day of arrival at which time it will be thoroughly cleaned. Cleaning products are supplied within the house should these be necessary and we ask that the house be left in a reasonable condition upon departure.

Breakages and damage - Contents are checked regularly so please advise of any damage that may occur during your stay to enable us to maintain our high standards for future guests.  Visitors will be liable for any breakages or damages that occur.

Pets - Pets are welcome at Laird House although we restrict the number to one per family.  To ensure the comfort of all our guests we ask that pets be kept from the bedrooms and furniture and that they are not left in the house unsupervised at any time.  We also ask that pets are walked regularly.
